The Board of Trustees is Lewis College of Business’ governing board, its legal owner and final authority. The board holds the college ’s financial, physical, and human assets and operations in trust for future generations. Its membership, terms of office, responsibilities, powers and electoral procedures are governed by the Lewis College of Business Code.

The thirteen-member board meets nine times a year on the main campus. Meetings are open to the public and anyone with an interest in the governance of the college is welcome to attend.
